The educational program of the Swiss Study Foundation is characterized by its interdisciplinary approach and the intensive supervisory relationship in small groups of students. Under the leadership of professional experts, different topics ranging from development economy over art history to astrophysics are explored and worked out in a transdisciplinary dialogue.
Students who have been admitted to the program of the Swiss Study Foundation can participate in an array of seminars, ranging from one-hour meetings over weekend seminars to weeklong summer schools as well as study trips within Switzerland or abroad. In general, the participation is free of charge.

Mercator Fellowship
Holders of a Master’s degree are supported to gain work experiences in international organizations and globally active NGOs. Several two and three-day seminars (Intellectual Tools) support the students to develop their full potential in university and society and prepare them to enter their professional career.
